Lead Risk Assessor Refresher

Do not let your Lead Risk Assessor license expire! The Lead Risk Assessor refresher training provides information for those individuals who wish to perform lead-based paint Risk Assessment or Lead Hazard Screening services. This class will review the necessary material to perform on-site inspections, take samples, determine the severity of lead hazards, and develop options for eliminating those hazards. An individual wishing to be certified as a Risk Assessor must first successfully complete the Lead Inspector class, and meet the necessary refresher training, education and experience requirements. This workshop prepares you to apply your knowledge to the field, with real-world examples from experienced instructors.

Please note that training providers are not legally allowed to apply for NYS or EPA licenses on behalf of our students. Your fee is for your mandatory course completion certificate only, and does not include any state or federal licensing fees. Flatley Read does not issue NYS Department of Labor Hard Cards. Mold courses do not issue half sheets.

This is an in person class beginning at 9:00am.  The training address is 4 Washington Square, Greenwich, NY 12834.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the first day of all classes will be eligible for an account credit to be used within one year of the registered course start date. No refunds will be made for no-call / no-show attendees.
